Once you log in to the dashboard, you’ll see the Players screen, which lists all the players you have in your account. A green dot next to the player number indicates that the player is online and has communicated to the server in the last one hour. A yellow dot indicated the player communicated with the server during the last 24 hours, but not in the last hour, and may have lost connectivity. A red dot indicates that the player has not communicated with the server in over 24 hours, and is offline. Licenses which you have not installed will be represented by a grey dot.
You’ll also see the playlist that’s currently active on that player. Offline players will display the last active playlist reported. You’ll also see a time stamp for when the player last contacted the server.
You can display players based on their status by clicking on the tabs on this screen. You can also search for specific players here.
You can see more information about the player by clicking the Info button.
You can restart the player remotely from the dashboard by clicking the Power button.
